The Montessori card deck is here to help you deeply integrate Montessori principles into your home, help remove the overwhelm of raising children, and bring back the joy to your family.
Each card focuses on one aspect of the Montessori method, designed to help you implement it in your home each week. Topics include how to communicate in a respectful way, practising different observations, getting our children involved in the home, setting kind and clear limits, and so much more.
These digital cards will be delivered by email weekly, allowing you to take it step by step. We'll dive into one small topic each week, giving you time to practice and build on each skill progressively.
By the end of the year, your Montessori practice at home will feel more automatic, integrated, authentic, and easier to maintain.

- plus, enjoy a downloadable PDF for each week with tailored ideas for every age group—from babies to toddlers, preschoolers, elementary-aged children, adolescents, and even ourselves
I'll also be offering 4 x 1-hour live calls during the year to answer as many questions as possible. These will be recorded for those that cannot attend live.
You can also share the cards with your partner, grandparents, or other caregivers so that everyone is on the same page and can practice Montessori together.

1. Is this good for people new to Montessori? People who have been practising Montessori for some time? Can we use it in our Montessori setting with staff and families?
Yes to all of these! 52 Weeks of Montessori is perfect if:
- you’re new to Montessori and eager to get started

you’ve been practicing Montessori for a while and want to deepen your understanding
- you work with families or staff in a Montessori setting (this program makes a wonderful gift for everyone to practice together) - there is special School Pricing to give your school unlimited access
2. What age is this for?
The cards can be applied to children of any age. Each week there will be a PDF with ideas how to incorporate the topic with different age children - babies, toddlers, preschoolers, elementary-aged children, and teenagers. Each topic also can be applied to ourselves as the adult.
3. How do we receive the cards?
The cards will be sent one each week by email. You will be able to read them, download them and/or print them yourself (thick recycled card stock is ideal).
4. Can I share them with my family?
Yes, you can purchase one deck of cards and share them with your immediate family (grandparents and any caregivers). However, please do not share with your friends or online. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Will the calls be recorded?
Yes, all calls will be recorded and available for unlimited time.
6. I don't want to wait. Can I receive all the cards at once?
The cards are intentionally sent out week by week to encourage us to slow down and focus on one topic at a time. The first card will be sent on Monday 15 September.
7. I'd like to buy them for my school. Is one set enough?
Yes, if you purchase for your school, you may use for your staff and families. Please use the School Pricing option.
8. I'd love to send this as a gift to someone. Is it possible?
Yes! It's now possible to gift any course from this website. At checkout, select the checkbox "Send as a gift."
9. What if I miss the Early Bird pricing?
I'm sorry if you miss out on the early bird window which ends promptly on Sunday 14 September midnight PT. The full price is a one-time payment of only US$49 to make it as affordable to as many families and schools as possible. 20% of the profits also go to Educateurs sans Frontiers, The Black Montessori Education Fun and the Indigenous Montessori Institute.
10. What are the times for the live calls?
- our first call will be on Saturday 11 October 1pm ET / 7 pm Amsterdam time
- calls 2 - 4 will be scheduled one each quarter at different times and days for different time zones
If you can't attend the calls live the recordings will be made available to everyone.
11. Can I sign up anywhere in the world?
Yes, absolutely! It's all online and you can go at your own pace. The themes can be adapted to your place and culture. And the live calls will be scheduled so you should be able to attend at least some of the sessions live depending on where you are.
12. I have done the 52 weeks of Montessori before. Is this the same?
Yes. It’s indeed a repeat of the first 52 weeks. I hope you enjoyed the last one!

13. I have done The Montessori Retreat before. Is this the same?
This is similar to the retreat in that we will be taking one topic at a time. But we will be going much deeper as we have 52 weeks to practice some of the smaller details to refine our practice even deeper and for an extended period of time. Small changes, week by week = transformation.
