Make a powerful shift in how you view your 0-3 child applying the beauty and richness of the Montessori approach

For years I've been dreaming of a longer, deeper Montessori training especially for parents and carers of children aged 0–3. For families wanting to go even deeper after reading The Montessori Baby or The Montessori Toddler. Or even people brand new to Montessori or thinking to take their Montessori training but are not quite ready.

So I reached out to ask my friend and auxiliary AMI 0–3 trainer, Zoe Paul, and I'm delighted she said yes!

Zoe has created a brand new 6-week course just for us, starting in January.

Think of it as a Montessori training focused entirely on how to understand your child at the deepest level with a Montessori trainer to guide you.

Who is it for?

If you:

• want to deeply understand Montessori pedagogy for children 0–3

• or work with families and want to understand how to support them with aspects like eating, sleeping and toileting

• or dream of starting a Montessori playgroup

• or simply love learning about the Montessori approach

…then this is for you.

What we will cover

MODULE 1. Raising independent children the Montessori way

Zoe has a unique way of presenting independence using the 5 axes of independence - from functional independence right through to social and emotional independence.

MODULE 2. Preparing your home for your child’s independence

The prepared environment at home with a focus on the processes of life: eating, sleeping, toileting/self care, and communing.

MODULE 3. Socio-emotional development from birth to three years

We'll explore the role of attachment and belonging in a child’s life and how we can support their social and emotional development.

MODULE 4. Eating, sleeping, and toileting

The big 3 from a Montessori perspective.

MODULE 5. What it means to be a Montessori parent/carer

We'll explore what it looks like to be a prepared Montessori adult and the work we need to do.

MODULE 6. When you have to say no: freedom, discipline, and limits in the family

How to apply the Montessori principle of freedom and limits in our home.
